Welding to make by spiral winding of inner rib enhanced profile, which has smooth inner wall and this material has the following features, corrosion resistance, light weight, easy installation, long life service(50 years). The connection of the two pipes can be thermal shrinkable sleeve connection or electric melting connection. It’s the idealized replacement of concrete, cast iron and ceramic pipes etc.

HDPE inner rib enhanced winding pipe production line consists of single screw extruder, operation control cabinet, profile extrusion mould, calibration mould, calibration tank, haul-off machine, 2nd time heating system, forming machine, cut-off machine,pipe holding device etc.Inner rib profiles adopt one time extrusion forming technology unique designed by our company and calibrated and cooled through calibration mould and calibration platform to form profile, which goes through winding to form the inner rib outer corrugated pipe.
